The absolute best in the whole state!! Been going there at least 16 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!! They really care! I will never forget the day my lil girl was dying because of the er! Dr Nester took one look at her and grabbed her, said he had to keep her. She was in Kidney failure from what the er gave her despite the warnings! Then taught me how to subq at home. We had her another 9 months thank GOD!!

Drs Nester and Keele have taken excellent care of my many dogs for 13+ years. They are skilled, compassionate men who love animals. We moved to Lebanon, TN, but we still return to The Manchester Office. It’s so reassuring to know that our dogs are getting superb care and I know that Vets in my area are more expensive for services. We will continue to take our animals to All Creatures 🐶🐶🐴🐂
I am so thankful to have such awesome veterinary care available for my precious fur babies. I can’t think Dr. Gordon enough for coming in tonight at 9 p.m. to take care of Charley. Charley was able to break out of his harness and ran into a very tight fitting culvert. I am not sure what was in there, but I was able to pull him out by his back legs, after he started backing out, and he was a bloody dirty mess. His eye was bleeding and was my biggest concern.
