I LOVED this place at first. I just called to ask them a question and schedule an appointment. They answered, and hung up. I WILL NOT TAKE ANY OF MY ANIMALS HERE AGAIN. I called harbin 20 minutes before closing time and they answered 3rd ring and I got a appointment for tomorrow. Do not recommend all creatures. Probably the front desk fault. Because of the front desk just answering and ganging up lost my business.
When our bunny, Puff, broke his foot our first thought was to get him to All Creatures. Dr. Capps ended up having to amputate the foot. I'm so glad to say Puff is doing great and we couldn't be happier. THANK YOU!
I'm absolutely 100% thankful and grateful to All Creatures in Manchester Tn! when I thought it was too late for my sweet furbaby .. I took her took her here and they ran a few test and determine the exact cause of her pain.. they performed the surgery and today she like a brand new dog.. like her old self playing eating good and very loving!! without All Creatures I might not have her in my life now! thank you guys!!
I have been taking all my animals here for years! They are a wonderful team and know what MY furbabys mean to me.. I can't say enough good about them, there wouldn't be room for any others to write.. I luv this place an so do my furbabys!! Y'all are PAWsome! I will NOT go anywhere else, I know they are taking care in when an if I have to leave them. Even when we go for shots or checkups they still get a 5 from all of us! Thank you for understanding that my pets are more then that, their FAMILY WITH PAWS!!
