First of all, I made this appointment at a specific time. Because of covid, I had to call when I got to the office in the parking lot. There were 5 other cars waiting. They only have ONE PHONE LINE so it kept saying “user busy” and I wasn’t even able to tell them I arrived. The time surpassed my appointment and the front desk lady was walking outside to another car and taking other animals before mine past my appointment time. RecommendedHave a Meyer's Parrot that needed his beak trimmed and our regular vet recommend these guys. They got us a next day appointment. They were very curtious and speedy which our bird appreciated. Thank you all so much! You'll be seeing us again!
Since Monday we have been visiting the vet everyday. Amidst an entirely full schedule they saw my sugar gliders in an emergency and put my critters above their safety (covid-19) and above them going home on time. It is such a blessing to have a vet treat your fur critters like their family. Thank you again staff for helping 3 of the 4 pull through and being there during my crazy. You are all saints. ❤️❤️❤️
Over the years I’ve owned many pets and have gone to a lot of vets and I have never loved a vets office like I love this one they are great to you and your pet, professional, and accommodating if you have a pet this is the place you need to be bringing them!
Staff was courteous and efficient. We got an appointment that day and treated our cat's foot infection quickly and like the special cat she is.
I've only been there once but they seem very professional, competent, and caring about your pets.
Was highly suggested we take our Lil Man Gunnar to be checked at this clinic. The care he received there was amazing and the staff is friendly,caring and took the time to explain to us the situation and answer our questions without feeling rushed. We were a new patient and they got us in right away. Hands down the best vet experience we have had
