Had an appointment at 9:30 am and at 10:15 am after sitting in a hot room and still not seeing doctor we left. Then instead of giving us our paperwork so we can leave they went and got the doctor, like it was going to change our minds at that point.

The absolute best of the best. They take care of our whole zoo- dogs, birds, Guinea pig, cat with such expertise and love. I've been working with and living with animals in the east bay my whole life. I've been to just about every vet in the area. You won't find anyone that even comes close. Seriously - the best. Don't know what we would do without them!!
