I am not an established client, but when I called to inquire about particular services, I was told those are only for established clients (in addition to being told that whatever I saw on the website must not have been their website. I wonder then, how I got their phone number?) Staff person did not ask about my specific needs (is it a horse? A gecko? A dog?).
