I have 2 Solomon Island Eclectus Parrots and on 7/27/20 my female decided to open my makeup and pop a foundation bottle open and get it on her beak and feathers. I called the office and Dr Roelofs was not in and I had to call another office for emergency advice. Today 7/29/20 I received a call from Dr Roelofs office to check on Scully to make sure she was doing ok! Im so thankful they care about their patients enough to check on them even when they didn’t take the initial call.
Very caring staff despite the circumstances. My lizard had to be put down and the compassion I felt from the staff for my loss was comforting. The Doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable about my little guy.
horrible customer service. I took my guinea pig in here and they try to convince me to put him down. originally they were going to just charge me for the office visit. after I got my initial fee it came out to be $182. that is not what we agreed on I had to pay it in order to get my little guinea pig back. I had to take my pig to a different vet and had him looked at and they knew what was wrong with him and fixing right up. this vet is very unprofessional they will not issue a refund and they just don't care that my pet is ... read more
This is the best clinic I have ever taken my animals too. I will only take them here. It doesn't matter what I show up with, the whole team greets me with happiness and focus. You really get to know the staff on a personal level. The staff gets to know your animals personally. Dr. Hotaling started to tear up when we recently had to put one of our rats to sleep. I absolutely adore this clinic!
The people who work here are fantastic. They've always been so so wonderful with all my animals. They genuinely love and care for all their clients. My dog recently passed away and they sent me a sympathy card signed by everyone who works there. It was so so thoughtful and I appreciate them so much for caring as much as they do about everyone's babies
Dr. Sarah Roelofs is amazing. She takes care of both of our macaws and I highly suggest her as your next vet. She is very nice and takes the time to explains things to you.
Today was my last time visiting this vet clinic as I am relocating. However, I reccomend this vet clinic to ALL animal lovers. They helped my bearded dragon, my cats, and my dog. The staff is great, efficient, and kind. Thank you for helping Apache today. 💙
Dr. Sarah Roelofs and staff are the best in the business for helping pets survive and thrive. When my 18 year-old conure broke stitches and set his recovery back to square one, she set to work and got my parrot back 100+ percent.
