The wonderful staff at All Creatures has provided excellent care for my dogs for over 18 years. From the positive and friendliness of checking in, to the follow up phone calls, it's obvious that they are invested in each of my dogs health. They were there for each of my rescues, and for the passing of two of them. I would like to thank DRs Hutton and Middendorf, as well as Jinny, Shannon, Shelly, and Zack (my apologies if I missed anyone).
The staff at All Creatures were very helpful as they listened (and addressed) all of my concerns regarding the exam and blood work to be done on my cat. My cat, being very stressed with riding in the car/carrier, threw up in her carrier and the staff went above & beyond in cleaning up my fur-baby AND the carrier before taking her home. These are caring and considerate veterinarians and staff. RecommendedI moved to Carrollton just as quarantine started. So when it came time for my shihtzu’s yearly shots, we were looking for a new veterinarian. I liked what I read about All Creatures and booked an appt. The staff handled everything as well as they could following safety and social distancing guidelines. Everyone I met or talked with over the phone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We decided to make All Creatures our new vet for all of our pets!
Kristy is the best groomer there is. My fur baby Zelda just loves her and doesnt put up a fight when walked to the back. Dr. Hutton has been my vet for over 20 years, we love and respect her.
The doctors and technicians and other staff at All Creatures enabled me to provide a quality life to my kidney patient cat. She lived to be 20 years old. I took her there for veterinary care and for grooming, where she was provided special, gentle care. I have three cats now, and I trust All Creatures to keep them healthy. I feel welcomed there - and so do my cats!
My daughter took her puppy to this vet to get her spayed.....they gave her too much anesthesia and she died on the operating table!! My daughter was devastated taking her baby in and getting a call that she died. They killed her puppy and not taking responsibility for the horrible mistake! They need to at least pay her the $2700 that her puppy costs!! Plus she is out money for training but the worst thing is she lost her baby that she loved so much!!! Got an immediate appointment today for my sick 6 month tabby cat Ghost. He was irritated and hissing, but the technician, Gaby and Dr. Vance were patience, calm and very caring. The staff is outstanding!!!
Dr Hutton has been our Vet for around 18yrs, I will not let any other Vet treat our pet. This is not a reflection on the others, just Dr Hutton has always been the most compassionate, professional and thorougal Veteranarian you could ever hope to find. And furthermore her staff ( rightly so ) has become the same.
