Friendliness of the nurses and the vet!
My fur baby has gone here since I brought her home nearly 2 years ago. They are gentle and kind with her. The facility is clean and they practice social distancing and wear masks as well as limit exposure by coming out to your vehicle and getting your pet then bringing the pet back to you when finished. Dr. Blackburn then came to my vehicle and discussed the visit since it was routine yearly. I also get my dogs nails clipped here and they are fast and always comment how good she does.
