Friendliness of the nurses and the vet!
My fur baby has gone here since I brought her home nearly 2 years ago. They are gentle and kind with her. The facility is clean and they practice social distancing and wear masks as well as limit exposure by coming out to your vehicle and getting your pet then bringing the pet back to you when finished. Dr. Blackburn then came to my vehicle and discussed the visit since it was routine yearly. I also get my dogs nails clipped here and they are fast and always comment how good she does. Dr Blackburn has let his practice outgrow his abilities with no regaurd for his patients. We have puppies that have nystigmus and one was having a seizure he and his very rude staff tried to run us off the property with our baby pekingese who we had no idea what was going on with we have used them off and on since the early 1990 and the emergency vets aren't open during the day which is where he told me to take my pets if I felt I had an emergency which he did not feel I had,...
