RecommendedThey were quick to accommodate a sick guinea pig as they go downhill quickly when sick. Got us in, seen - got meds for him. Staff was very friendly. If you’re a new client download the new patient form I line and fill out before you go in- much faster ❤️🐾 clean office and social distancing is in place. It’s located weird wasn’t sure which way to go( needs more signage)- parking is under garage and they are located upstairs in the building - there is an elevator -

Absolutely terrible staff and management! The vets give good care however a few of your staff should be refreshed including your manager! Last time at facility there was dog feces all over entry for over an hour! Disgusting! So happy with my new vet! Should of changed 23 years ago!

What a wonderful office and staff. Brought my dog here for the first time after having dealt with a different hospital for the same concern. It truly felt like night and day compared to how we were treated at the other vet. Here at All Creatures, they really make you feel welcomed and are very attentive to your concerns and thorough the entire visit. I would recommend this vet to everyone I know. We found a new home, thank you!!

I took my dog Luca in to All Creatures Care Cottage December 22nd between 9-10 am because he was having incontinence with his urine. He was really happy that morning and acting like his normal goofy self. They suggested we do a urinalysis to check what was happening. When the tech came to grab my dog she asked me if he had drank enough liquid, everything sounded normal. When they brought my dog back he was a completely different dog he was in complete shock. The vet did not treat my pet to the best of his ability. He treated my pet in a way that would keep coming back every 4 months at the rate of $750.00 each time for a total of $1500 and my cats teeth need to be pulled again because he didn't do it the first and 2nd time. When a cat has Stomatitis, you have to remove all the molars and premolars or they get really sick with internal problems because their immune system is attacking their body.
