We adopted a puppy, Redington from a shelter. He started vomiting almost immediately once we got him home but the shelter was over 2 hours away. We had previously used Temple Terrace for our senior girl and were impressed with their service then so we decided to take our new baby there as well. They have been nothing short of amazing!!! I absolutely adore the staff here! Always pleasant & understanding. The doctors themselves do the follow up calls (which I completely appreciate with my adopted stray cat Philomena). They are more than great with my anxiety ridden dog Paz. Their service is commendable! And I have to add that their accommodations during COVID19 are excellent!!! I refuse to take my furbabies anywhere else! And the app is great! Keep up the good work! Thanks TTAH!!! ❤️

Absolutely love North Bay Animal Hospital. I’ve been bringing my dog here for 2 years and she has received excellent care every time. They always find a way to squeeze me in if my dog has something going on that is concerning me. Every staff member from the staff answering the phones, the vet techs, and to the veterinarians have been wonderful.
