Hi there! I wanted to take a minute and thank you for taking care of my dog, Jake today! I brought him in just after 1:30 because he had a dental treat stuck in his throat and while he was breathing, he wasn't able to get it out and neither was I despite our best efforts. I rushed him over, and everyone there was so kind and caring. I was immediately able to get in and see someone and within minutes the treat was out and Jake and I were both feeling a million times better. Every single member of there staff is exceptional.
I took in my sweet pup in for an emergency visit. I was really impressed with how warm and welcoming the entire staff were. They made sure we were in asap, and taken care of within 5 minutes (probably less) of walking in the door They explained everything so I could understand it, and made me feel at ease after my pup was taken care of.
Caring, compassionate, thoughtful, loving... This is an amazing team I highly recommend

I bring both of my pets (small dog, large cat) to all creatures for all of their regular medical needs, and we love it! The staff is super friendly, everything is nice and clean, and the visits are always efficient, informative, and pleasant! :)
