Doctor Kim and his staff are very professional. They will do everything to ensure your pet stays healthy. Doctor Kim over treats, which is better then under treating I guess. There are coupons on the web, so find one and take your baby to see Dr. Kim, if you haven't been there before. Dr. Kim speaks English, but he knows that it is hard for many American's to understand what he says, so he always has an English staff member with him.
I was so happy with the service I received yesterday!!! I am so picky with my babies and ensuring they are well cared for. I am a new kitty mommy and was so clueless what to do with my new kitten. I felt comfortable and confident with the instructions I was provided and I am sure that Lola will start feeling better soon! Thank you so much for your help!
I have been bringing my Boston here for 7 years. I absolutely love Kyle! He is the most understanding, caring Vet Tech anyone could ever want. You can see he really does care and has a passion about what he does. Dr. Kim does not say much but having Kyle there that spends time with you and answers all your questions it's OK.
This clinic has the best vet staff in Orlando. We drive a pretty good distance so our fur-baby gets the best care! The follow up calls and emails are so helpful! I even called about my dog scratching his face and they emailed me some information without me asking for it! That is incredible service!
I would like to thank the wonderful staff for treating my fur rescued baby with so much love and care! She had the eye removed and is doing great thank you so much the staff!!!! Lucy is very happy!
