I took my fur baby here a few months ago to get his rabies shot and I didn’t necessarily hate this place, but I didn’t like it. Our last vet clinic was amazing and I switched clinics because I moved to the area. It seemed really expensive for the initial visit plus a skin test to see what was wrong with his ears. Only to get an answer that they were unsure what was wrong and wanted me to bring him back once the he finished the meds they gave him. I don’t think I’ll go here again.
I didn't think they were too compassionate I don't think they gave my bird water. It seems they were in a hurry to get us out. The first time there was better.
This is the best vet clinic I have been to in years! They have taken amazing care of my fur babies and so flexible with payments when times are tough.
Wonderful staff, they fit me in when I needed a parakeet seen and they were incredibly understanding and compassionate when I had to make the big decision on euthanasia. The doctor and other staff members I worked with were all fantastic, the doctor was very knowledgeable and gave me comparisons with rats as they are what I am familiar with, I highly recommend this clinic for anyone with exotic needs.
Took in my plucky bantum hen Hillary. I appreciated the frank advice of the doctor regarding what to expect and quality of life despite a probable poor diagnosis for her.
Poor communication and impolite staff. I would recommend services elsewhere.
Definitely appreciate you guys getting my bearded dragon and on a Saturday to be put down He was suffering
