Unprofessional, Disorganized The staff argues among themselves (rather, the older staff barks at the younger). Their phone etiquette is abysmal. The place seems to double as a day care for their tantrum-throwing children as well. Their mascot bird looks sick and screams for attention. The doctor has been late for the last two out of the three or four appointments I've made over the last year or so.

Love Dr. Gale and her staff!! Dr Gale and her staff have never been anything but kind and helpful to me and my animals. I have been a client of theirs for several years now, and I am very glad I found them. I have three dogs, and two years ago one of them injured herself. Best Vet Ever I can't believe some of the things other people are saying! Dr Gale and the Staff at All Creatures has always made me feel like my pet was as important to them as she is to me! As far as I am concerned, she is the best in the business, and if you are upset about a course of treatment she encourages and welcomes questions. As for the "nutraceuticals" Dr Gale offers them as an alternative to much more expensive prescription medications. They don't work for every case--they didn't for my dog's skin allergies. This veterinarian took advantage of me and my elderly pet. I asked this vet for an honest assessment of my elderly pet's condition, (was she sick, or just getting old?) and she made a huge profit by frightening the heck out of me. prednisone junkie The owner put my dog through hell with biopsies and skin scrapes for about 6 months due to alopecia fom allergies. Refused to give referral to specialist that I found out about. Insisted she could "cure" my dog. Since we had already established the relationship with this vet I found it hard to get a second opinion but I knew someone out there had to have the answers. Dr Gale got us FREE antibiotics!!! Dr Gale is personally the best vet I've ever met. We have seen her for routine care and emergencies. She is extremely thorough and remembers us from one visit to the next--even if those visits are years apart! Last time we were in and my dog needed to be treated for lyme disease. We were on such a tight budget that we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to afford the medication for my dog. Dr. Gale and staff saved my best friends life! After looking up my dogs symptoms I knew I had to get him help fast. I knew from the get-go he had diabetes. So, instead of going to a small vet in the back of a pet store I took him to a high end very expensive vet. A couple of days later, I had to take him to the pet emergency. My pet, who is a rottie named vengeance, needed days of inpatient care.
