Service has gotten much better here. Fast. Friendly. In and out.
If people knew what happens behind the scene, they would NEVER go there. Shocking!
So my husband was doing testing here. First issue was that when a urine sample is taken a post it is put on the top and the sample put in the fridge. No seal, not bagged, no initials (questioning chain of custody). Second issue one time he went and the batteries were dead in the breathalyzer and they didn’t have more batteries (I was actually shocked to hear they are even using a handheld breathalyzer as I been told by police officers that they are not that accurate).
