I wish I could give negative stars. They were brought in by the HOA to restore our building after a condo fire in August 2025 and it has now been 6 months and we are no where close to being done and they continuously delay everything. They demo'd areas they were not supposed to and non responsive over email and phone. They are over-scoping the amount of work to get a higher pay day. Almost got killed by one of the horrible drivers working for this company today. With the reckless disregard for human lives on the road I would not have any confidence in the work they provide.
If your claims adjuster guides you to them, don’t do it. They won’t return phone calls when you want to have the guarantee honered for the shoddy work some of their subs do.
Steer clear of All County Environmental & Restoration, their restoration & environmental work is all contracted out and it is very poor quality. One of their workers haphazardly left his power saw and tools in a walk way for hours. The rapid turnover of staff at All County is also a bad sign of internal mismanagement. As a property manager with several years of experience, I do not recommend All County for any project.
Andrew, Jake, and Monica have supported me on numerous remediation, restoration, and rebuild projects. I manage over 900 homes, and they’ve consistently been prompt, responsive, and reliable. I would 100% recommend the North LA team—they truly stand out. I strongly encourage upper management to recognize their performance and consider using them as a training model for other territories. I’ve worked with many remediation companies, and you guys are simply the best Thanks guys
