Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly technicians. We have used them for 7 years and we don’t trust anyone else! Everyone is so friendly from the phone call being answered to the technicians.
I bought a used Explorer that had many features blocked (speed limit was set to 50mph!). I needed an admin key and Ford dealer was charging me $300+ John did some research and managed to reset the key and make me a new one! Now I can drive as fast as I like and blast the radio as loud as I want. The service was superb. John was extremely helpful and professional. The entire office staff was excellent. I will recommend this company to ALL of my friends. We've never seen service like this!!! Ever!
