On Friday, April 6, I was referred to Frank Rosselsl of All County Appliance Repair by my neighbor. I own a Kirby vacuum cleaner, and I needed to have a belt put back on to allow the brush to turn. Mr. Rosselsl said I not only needed a new belt, but I needed to have the entire machinery rebuilt. I told him that I didn't need anything rebuilt, just the belt put back on. I only wanted my cord fixed on my G5, Frank came out to my place on Friday since he said he would be in the area. I missed the appointment but my Dad was there. Frank wanted to do a sales pitch...but I already have a Kirby, I don't need a new one. Frank took my vacuum, I called and he understood what I wanted, told me it'd be ready by Tuesday and if it would be okay if I picked it up. I agreed.
