The owner came himself on off hours. Was incredibly personable, shared recommendations for the future, and it was a great customer service experience.
I just hired him yesterday so he hasn't installed it yet. But he was kind enough to schedule me for Saturday so I could pull my boat and other stuff out of the way.

Did exactly what he said he would do, when he promised.
He repaired the door and opener in a timely fashion and we will be purchasing a New door over the summer. Very,Very,Very responsible, quick, and cost effective. My experience with this gentleman has been fantastic both times we have used him. If you choose any other company including the big name companies in the area, you are over paying and being under serviced PERIOD!
