Update: All County charged us over 1,100 dollars for "move-out cleaning" when they wouldn't fix a thing in this place the whole duration of our time there. We cleaned the place for hours. What maid service costs 1100 dollars for an empty house that has already been cleaned? These people are absolute crooks. DO NOT rent from All County Boulder. I have been a renter with all county property management for a year and a half. I've worked with Lauren who found me the perfect house so quickly and is so accommodating. Anytime I have an issue they resolve it extremely quickly. Paying my rent online is super easy and they keep up with the maintenance on the house with no effort on my part. As a renter, it's so nice to be in a home where I feel comfortable and taken care of.
