I had never had an issue with my previous company before, but even though they sent out their senior technician he seemed uninterested in solving the problem and said he could "try, but it might not work" to replace the electrical unit or something of the sorts...it would have been about $1,000. I wish I could express how much I love this company, the technicians are amazing and the customer service from the main office is superb. We have used them for a few years to maintenance our units in the winter and summer. Recently the fan to our furnace went out on the weekend, we call the emergency number and they called back immediately, they scheduled to come out the next morning to find the issue, they ordered a new fan and by early Wednesday we had our A/C back in order.
