They lost my fridge.
The service is terrible: they were late when picking up my stuff, and delivering it, to establish SOME sort of communication I had to leave multiple voice messages, emails, and texts EVERY DAY, people were extremely incompetent, unprofessional, and vague when I was asking questions about my items to make sure they were safe. Which they were not because they lost my suitcase, and only after TWO weeks of me CONSTANTLY calling, emailing, and texting they told me they've lost it.
