I couldn't find a better rate with no fees charged at any other place. I thought for the rate I was getting I would experience delays, but my refi was closed within 15 days. On top of everything Arthur (our broker) was in touch with us throughout the process and personally made sure that me and my wife are happy. Post close he stayed in touch to make sure everything was as we expected. Thank you Arthur and All Coast Lending for a very smooth transaction.

Our thirty-day escrow turned into a forty-day escrow without a warning until the closing date came and went. They should just let all potential customers know there is no way they can make a thirty-day escrow deadline.
