Had them come by to do a furnace tune up on our (admittedly) very old furnace in our new house we moved into 3 months ago. Home inspection had shown it was working normally, just 25 years old. Recommended replacing due to age, which we knew, but we’re were just still undecided on the timing and were trying to preserve the life of the furnace in the meantime. Highly recommend this company. I've used these guys a lot at this point. I've had them replace two complete systems (on two different houses). The first time Audy, the business owner, came out and sat in the kitchen with me and chatted while the guys did their work. Tom gave me his cellphone number, which I'm sure he regrets doing, because I called him long after business hours one night with questions about the thermostat I was installing. Jamie worked most of the Hot day diagnosing and chasing parts to get my AC going. It was a pleasure receiving such great service.
When my air conditioner would not turn on Jamie Heitman came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. He reattached all the wiring to the furnace and got the air conditioning up and running. He was extremely professional and very helpful in explaining the mechanics of the furnace. I would give him a rating of 5 stars out of 5 and am truly thankful for his help.
