Always sending a different technician to my home to service my pool. Some were not properly trained. Canceled my service and I would not recommend.

I started the process to repair my swimming deck on February 24 when I sent pictures to Greg. As of today, May2, it is unfinished. They actually broke a travertine tile while repairing it, and they will NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS to finish. I've left 3 messages for Greg and 1 message for John. To not have my calls returned is extremely unprofessional. Can't possibly recommend this company. Just got an invoice for over $300 for a "service call". Josh did a good job for the pool liner replacement. But the lack of communication and no response to messages was frustrating.
