I started the process to repair my swimming deck on February 24 when I sent pictures to Greg. As of today, May2, it is unfinished. They actually broke a travertine tile while repairing it, and they will NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS to finish. I've left 3 messages for Greg and 1 message for John. To not have my calls returned is extremely unprofessional. Can't possibly recommend this company. Just got an invoice for over $300 for a "service call". Josh did a good job for the pool liner replacement. But the lack of communication and no response to messages was frustrating.

I had a good experience when they serviced my pool in 2021. We sold the place near the end of 2021 and paid all invoices that were sent. Three years later a debt collection rate for the amount of four months of service is showing up on my credit reports. I have never received any indication from All Clear that I owed them money. They also have not returned my email asking about this. This is the only reported late or missed payment I have had since 2008. and is not accurate. I am quite furious about this.
