1 star How can it take 2 weeks to put new parts into 2 commode tanks!!!!! This guy has been here 3 times and he's STILL not done!! He keeps taking on new jobs and hasn't even finished mine yet!!! Pathletic way to do business!! 😡
Wouldn’t call this company if they were the last plumbers in memphis. Merging onto the interstate, one of their drivers almost runs me off the interstate while it’s raining. Thinking since they’re supposedly backed by the BBB they would care about customer feedback, including driving!!! The man who answered the business phone could careless about one of their workers driving so carelessly around town. Would not suggest their lack of business ethics.

I had an appointment with his company for 3 pm on a Friday and they did not show up or call. When I emailed to company about the situation Ms. Smiths reply was “Sorry for the inconvenience what type of problem did you have and also are you a renter or home owner” I will not be answering anymore of her questions if that’s how little they care that I took off work to be at home waiting for their plumber.
