I took my vehicle to have the diagnostics done, I got the call saying how much it would cost me and decided too much, at that point the lady told me bout the charge for diagnostics which she never told me there would be and when I disputed it she told me "well just come get your f**king car then!" hella rude and no matter the circumstances no one in a professional business should ever talk to and treat a customer that way! I would NOT recommend this place due to poor customer service.
I have been using all city transmission for over ten years always a quality and professional staff and always take care of there customers send all my friends and family there for transmission repair. Great job guys and happy holidays!
The owners of this shop are quite wonderful and speedily fixed my window that would not roll up in freezing cold winter weather. ☺️
