Clean and reasonable
**EDIT*** called back after a couple month, after letting myself cool down after being upset on my end and losing precious things, I paid these people to keep safe....but man.... I cannot tell you incredibly rude Sue and the other Jane are. Miserable. I feel bad for Scott. Do better. Thank you JANE for being everything BUT helpful and kind. I hope none of your other customers trust paying you hundreds month only to have someone break In and CARVE MESSAGES in my unit. Be safe out there everyone
Super convenient, very friendly staff. Easy to access and clean facility. Just be sure that you check the measurements before moving in. We rented a 5 x 10 space and it only measures 4 x 10. They say it’s “approximate”, But it’s really approximately 4 x 10 not approximately 5 x 10. I’d say this is misleading. I would urge ownership to change the documentation, so people know exactly what they are getting. Otherwise good.
Clean, reasonably priced, reat location, and did I say clean.... carts are available, security system works well and the service you'll get is better than any storage place around. Employees are helpful, great about communicating or resolving issues and run a great place to store what you have. If your from Boston you may get a warmer welcome and love the service even better.
