If you just want to be a unit number and have a company literally not care about keeping a customer, then be my guest and rent here. They have multiple equipment business being run out of their units that often take up the entire entrance making it almost impossible to get to your unit while huge trucks are parked in the isles with equipment and parts all over. I would recommend West Coast Self Storage up the road in Carlsbad if you want great, personal service and a nice facility. I would not rent here again if I had a choi... read more
I had a bad experience this morning where I was unable to get into my unit because the building was locked during the hours that it was supposed to be open. Very frustrating. Also, units are smaller than they advertise by a good amount. You will be paying more for a smaller space here.
Clean and reasonable
**EDIT*** called back after a couple month, after letting myself cool down after being upset on my end and losing precious things, I paid these people to keep safe....but man.... I cannot tell you incredibly rude Sue and the other Jane are. Miserable. I feel bad for Scott. Do better.
