We had an ad for All City Pro to come and clean air ducts. The people who came, ripped up one of our ducts in the bathroom. They toyed around with it, targeting where it was and what they could do to fix it. They said they would come back the next day when they got the materials need to fix the ducts. When they didn’t show up we gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was Saturday and waited until Monday to call them. They said they were going to send out someone on Tuesday. Great experience! The gentleman who came out was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had to reschedule due to work issues and the receptionist was so understanding and willing to work with me!! I highly recommend!
