I would take EXTREME CAUTION when working with this company. I called to get a bid for a patio in the $10,000 to $20,000 range or more. 30x21 feet. Not a small job by any means. While in church, I missed two calls from the number listed here on Google and proceeded to get the following text. This used to be a great place when it was owned by other owners and at a different location off highway 45 (***** ****** *** ******* ** *****). I went to the new location (**** * **** *** ***** ***** ** *****) and I dropped off my spa pump to be fixed on 11/19/2018 and called back several times to find out the status on it but got no answer and their voicemail recording each time. As of today (12/19/2018) their number has been disconnected and I have no idea if I will ever get my pump back.... I think I am going to have to e... read more
I have been doing business with All City Pools for 12-15 years and I find they are extremely knowledgable about pools and water treatment. My pool is about 35 years old and I have used several different pool services/retail stores. I will never go anyplace else in the future. When I follow there instructions, my pool stays perfect.
