Shawn is our go-to guy for City of Miami permits. He makes what can be a complicated process feel easy. All we have to do is provide the information he needs, and he handles everything from there. I didn't know about this law in hialeah, about re-occupancy. The hialeah website wasn't much help I, made one phone call to Shawn at All City Permits and he, emailed me right back and said we, were unincorporated miami dade, case closed!!! That's, what you want from a permit company!! Great job Shawn
Shawn is not a permit runner. He only submits what you give him to the city. there is zero customer care or guidance throughout the permit process. Its misleading and i do not recommend him if its your first project. he also takes advantage of holidays to be closed several extra days, which stacked up in my case to be weeks of delays.
Shawn has help me in several occasions with my permitting and has always had outstanding service. Very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient‼️
