Great service by Mr Tim of All City Heating and Air. Had an issue with thermostat going dark this morning. System not running. I called and they had a service rep out within an hour. Diagnosed the problem, got it fixed and I was back up and running in no time. Very professional, courteous and was willing to explain all issues to me fully.

We inherited a service contract when we purchased our home 3 years ago. We kept All City to replace our gas pack. They determined the correct unit. Offered improvement suggestions to our existing duct work and whole house humidifier. The salesman was not pushy. He gave a honest and knowledgeable suggestion for our safety and comfort.
