All City was tsken over by R & B Climate Control. Time will tell about how this new company does. I paid for a monthly membership to go towards the cost of a new unit in the future with All City and since All City doesn't exist and R & B isn't honoring that plan I am unable to get a discount. Bummer..
Dropping to 4 stars. I had a maint contract with them but I haven't seen them this year (usually see them every spring and fall). I saw they merged with another company, unclear if that's causing issues but waiting for a response to figure things out. They installed my system and have solely maintained it since. Usually the best service around so hopefully this isn't a sign of problems. 7yrs ago: Came out quickly, resolved the A/C issues. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Late sharing but would like to thank Ernie, Mark, their associate, Jeff, and their office staff member that took all my calls and addressed my installation concerns along with incentives showing the company represents integrity and patience. Thanks for the hard driven experience and your completion of my heat/air pump job.
Fantastic, fast service and reasonable prices. I was able to see pictures of what the issue was and the technician explained everything very well. So grateful to have heat back!
Great service by Mr Tim of All City Heating and Air. Had an issue with thermostat going dark this morning. System not running. I called and they had a service rep out within an hour. Diagnosed the problem, got it fixed and I was back up and running in no time. Very professional, courteous and was willing to explain all issues to me fully.
