Hardwood Floors We had problems with cracking after another Hardwood Floor company installed our flooring. They brought the wood in 2 weeks before installation but it still cracked after a few weeks. We had All City Floor come out to evaluate our floors. The Estimator told use just becuase you bring the wood out a few weeks before you install it doesnt mean it wont shrink. Ms The wood floor was beautiful for a couple of months but began cracking shortly afterwards. They came and filled the cracks and put an additional coat of finish on, but within a couple of months it was severly cracked again. Several people told me this results when the wood is not allowed to acclimate to the environment before being installed. All City said it cracked because it is upstairs on the 2nd floor. Great Customer Service Had All City install some new wood into my house and refinish my existing floors. The floor matched was perfect with the old wood and the new that was tied in. Also in the process during the drying of the final coat my dogs walked in the finish and made paw marks. Instead of charging me to recoat the floor they took care of it for no charge.

Below Average We chose All City Floor Co to do a very large tile job in our home (even though their bid was the highest). We thought they would "out perform" the competition. We were wrong. There wasn't one aspect of the work that we were 100% satisfied with. Tiles were uneven, grout lines miss-matched, floor boards poorly installed, the list goes on. Be aware that they do not believe in sealing the grout... I had to do this myself. They also did a poor job of clean-up. The company offered a 1.5% refund for a job over $17k.

Professional and courteous We hired All City Floor to install hardwood flooring in our kitchen and family room. They offered professional services beginning with their bid and during after project fine tuning. I felt that their floor installers were professional and polite as well as quick to get the job done. My only complaint is that we had them reuse the trim that was removed prior to the job being done and it was re-installed poorly and pieces were lost thus leaving gaps in the trim.
