The actual cleaning was excellent. My only complaint was that the appointment took longer than I was originally told. The technician explained why there was additional work involved, so it wasn't a major issue.

As a mother of two kids with severe allergies and asthma, this service has been a blessing. My 7-year-old son was waking up every night coughing and congested, and my daughter had constant sneezing and itchy eyes. Our allergist suggested we check our air ducts. I'm so glad we did. Basement flooded 2 inches and water got into floor returns. Called 3 companies — only these guys answered and said they handle “water loss duct remediation.” Crew was there in 90 minutes with extraction tools. Pulled water, removed affected flex duct, cleaned and sanitized all metal trunks, set up dehumidifiers. Worked with our mitigation company directly. Prevented a mold nightmare. Insurance covered it because their documentation was so thorough. True emergency pros.

My dryer started making a loud thumping noise, and I was worried the drum was broken. Ryan performed a dryer vent cleaning and found that a heavy clump of wet lint was stuck in the exhaust pipe. He cleared the line and also found an old coin that had worked its way into the vent, which was causing the thumping. He cleared everything out, and the dryer is now running perfectly quiet and drying clothes fast. He was very friendly and handled the whole job with a lot of professional expertise. I’m very happy with the results.

The installation crew was phenomenal. They removed our old oil furnace and installed a new gas system. It was a big job involving plumbing and electrical work, but they handled it all professionally. They obtained the necessary permits and had the work inspected without me having to lift a finger. The work area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. The new system is incredibly efficient.
