Choose somewhere else. The staff that answers the phones usually give serious attitude and lack knowledge. They charged my card without giving permission when I asked for a quote to order a second dumpster. They also failed to give me accurate information on their WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.. then the owner Danny acted as if he was giving me a deal by not charging me additional fee's after they already charged me more then what their own website advertised. Twice I requested a call, the first time when the dumpster was being dropped off and the second when I was getting it picked up to ensure that garbage wasn't in the dumpster. Both times I was assured that they would call me, both times I never received a call. As a result they charged me $150 for having 1 ton of trash in the dumpster, which was surely impossible based on the fact that I saw the dumpster loaded with concrete. I was moving out and needed a dumpster to get rid of some household items. When I spoke with one of the Reps she did not explain everything briefly to me. I rented a 20 yard container and pay $532 for it and was charge an additional $185 because I put in a couple mattresses and sofas and did not know that I was going to be charge extra. I paid $717 for everything and was unhappy because of the miscommunication. I highly don't recommend this business to anyone if they don't communicate properly to their customers.
