Don stopped by and saved us on short notice. We had two windows that were filling with rain water, and damaging our walls. Our house is up for sale with two open houses coming up on the weekend. Even with Don's guidance on the phone I was unable to locate the weep holes at the base of the window frames. Don came out and found them for us, cleared them, and fixed the problem. He was pleasant to work with, charged a very fair price, and even calmed our barking dogs.
We worked with Kelly to get nine 50 year old, yellow glass panes in an entrance door replaced with a single pane of Rain Glass. She answered all my questions and gave me a fair price. I asked her, if I were to remove the nine panes of glass, could I get better price. she gave me a discount. I was very excited and then in the process of saving myself a little money, I damaged part of the trim I was suppose to leave in place. The easiest check I have written in the last 5 years. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. They educate you and not try to sell you. I had window sash balances broken for 6 windows. They not only helped me order the right balances but then also came over to install them. This is when they discovered that the windows needed extra TLC beyond just the replacement of balances. They stepped up and got them fixed. I am grateful.
They came out to replace silicone from a previous installer that had turned black. They did a phenomenal job and it was a great price. Would highly recommend, and very friendly
