Staff is always nice
The staff is always super kind and helpful, not to mention great working around children.
This is by far the worst dentist office I’ve ever experienced. The staff at All Children Dental were not kind or patient with the kids. What really shocked me is that they tie children down during procedures — this is completely unacceptable and traumatizing. No child should have to go through that at a dental office. They acted like we were just a number and didn’t care about our concerns at all. If you care about your child’s emotional well-being, stay far away from this place. 1 star only because I can’t give 0.
I took my 3 yrs old child to this place for 1st dental check up which seems fine and then the wife for dental cleaning which she got an infection. I brought the kid back as required and he does not seem happy but followed the dendist's advice to get on the table... to my surprise as I was standing there, the dentist and his assistant folded the blanket strap over him and tie him down... the 3 yrs old was scared to death and screamed loud and I felt uneasy which I was about to request to stop the procedure.
