Do not book Chicagoland for a long-distance move. I hired them for a Chicago to Bay Area move and they told me it would be 10-14 days from pickup to delivery. I didn't receive my things until 29 days later. When I emailed about why it was going to take so long, suddenly the owner Erez Ron stopped responding to me. Not only that, the delivery movers apparently unloaded one of my boxes to a different home in San Francisco the day before. We had a great experience with All Chicagoland Moving. Joe came to our house to see what we were moving and give us an estimate for the job. We were able to get used moving boxes from them at no cost (I just returned them when I had unpacked). The men at the warehouse were fantastic about loading and unloading the boxes from my car. The day of the move, the crew showed up on time. They worked hard and were efficient. Nothing was damaged in the move. Horrible service. They broke A LOT of our furniture and property, spoil our Thempurpedic mattress and on top of that didn’t insurance the stuff we asked for. If you want to have a nightmare move, call them, they make a terrible team with Red Cargo and Van Lines.
