Have been their customers for 6 years. Bought equipment through them. Had them maintenance the equipment. When asked to look through history logs on our passed problems to reference what was currently wrong with the machines they got upset stating with an attitude that they will not service us for free. We understand work isn’t for free. We just wanted to understand why is was free service in the passed visits and fixes, what the difference was.
