the staff is disgusting. a bunch of "adults" acting like keyboard warriors and trolls. a bunch of rude bullies. glad I've never brought my cat to yall.

Dr. Rigoni is a great veterinarian but her rude staff has caused her to lose my business. I have been taking my cats to Dr. Rigoni for 18 years and never had a problem until today. I was treated like a criminal for not carrying my cat's rabies vaccination with me, was told that I would be arrested if I got pulled over and didn't have it, and that they would not accept a rabies certificate from another veterinarian. Dr. Rigoni is so wise and practical. Her staff are knowledgeable, warm and friendly. Most importantly, they have taken good care of my two kitties Chloe and Charlie!
