We chose All Care after my 93-year-old mother, who has Alzheimer’s, broke her hip. I should have trusted my instincts and walked away after the first few phone calls. Unfortunately, the company I originally preferred wasn't available right away, so I proceeded with All Care. From the director of the VNA side on down, the staff was consistently rude and dismissive.
