This agency is incompetent when providing care to the less fortunate! My mom is a diabetic patient who recently has become blind due to her condition, this agency has only sent HHA's with no training nor consideration towards the disabled. When the agency was contacted in regards to the lack of services from the HHA's the coordinator insulted my mom and sent her to hell! what an agency!
