Dr Nelson has been my doctor for a few years. I followed her from the Avenel Iselin Medical Group to her new practice in Edison. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a wonderful family doctor who is kind, understanding & very knowledgable in many fields. She is always very gentle and takes the time to listen. Hard to find that type of personal care these days!
