Rude parts staff. No friendly customer service at all. The last 3 times I've been in. Back in 2020 staff were pretty good.
After calling more than three times finally they picked up my call with attitude. So I checked the review and I wasn’t the only one. Goodluck with this business
Not the best customer service ! Called yesterday and confirmed a part that I needed to purchase to hear from very rude BRADY that the part wasn’t available including his abusive words like BS ect. and when asked to speak kindly he asks customers to get out ! I have been buying stuff from here in the past but not anymore! If you are having a bad day, please stay home !
