Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Spent $100 on flowers for Mother’s Day and what she got was so disappointing. The excuse was “the picture online was the Premium.” Just overall so disappointing… I get better/ nicer bouquets from HEB. I wasn’t wanting a refund whatsoever, just for them to agree that what they delivered to my mother was unacceptable.
Silk flowers were on my parents' gravesite the same day as ordered. I appreciate their professionalism and my request to send me a photo of the flowers on the grave.
There really wasn't anything there to look at like most floral places. Just a few mums and few arrangements. It was hard to find the place due to no sign being up.
The online order process & delivery were great—no complaints there— but the recipient told me she was not sure who sent them because the card did not say, despite including that information. Additionally, for the Deluxe Best Day Bouquet ($70–$89 w/tax & delivery), I’d hoped to see a fuller bouquet. Perhaps that’s just a sign of our economy though.
