We paid for a move out clean, the cleaner was a student who MISSED multiple areas. The owner was so rude when we requested they return. Our property management company were appalled and asked for their details to ensure they NEVER USE. We’re now left to pay additional $$ for their POOR service and INADEQUATE cleaning 🤷♂️ 🤐 Do NOT use this service!!!
I completed cleaning work for this business and have been waiting for almost six months to receive payment. The owner has withheld payment due to a minor issue with a benchtop, but there has been no clear communication, documentation, or timeline for resolution. I tried to handle the situation professionally and patiently, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to pay for completed work has been very disappointing.
