not very happy with broward windows & glass , had tension bars replaced to 20 of my windows in my condo. my contract says that I have a 12 month warranty on Material and Workmanship ,. 4 of my window the tension bars broke one snapped off on the ground two floors below lucky no-one was below . Inhale contacted them February 3 2025 ,10 days before the warranty expired , a service man came and haven't seen or hears from them again . having been leaving messages from February haven't heard from them . The glass replacement on my deceased brother's home was well done but I only gave 3 stars because the job didn't take very long and the company charged an extremely high price. I feel they took advantage of a grieving family.
Came out same day to look at the window, when most companies would not come out for days. Excellent communication and great work. Will absolutely call for any other window work
Let’s see I went in there asking about window information at first customer service was great until I was promised a callback or email and got nothing probably because my job was too small so my only revenge is a one star review.
