UPDATE: The trim was finally replaced earlier this week, and so far it seems to be holding up. I’ll continue to monitor, but the long delay and lack of communication made this a very frustrating experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had my windshield replaced here on June 5th with an OEE windshield, which should match OEM quality.
