Terrible front desk staff so rude
My entire family has been seen here and our experiences weren’t great! The one that topped it all was when my 19 year old daughter went in for a scheduled appointment for 2 fillings which she had the treatment plan/payment for. Thankfully she was nervous so asked me to go with her and the dentist took it upon herself to do unauthorized work without speaking to my daughter or myself she informed us she did it after the fact. Loved working with the hygienist Angela and all of the amazing ladies at the front! All super nice and knowledgeable. Doctor Rafiq was awesome, quick but thorough. Everyone was great at answering all my questions. & Unlike other offices, they truly prioritize scheduling by calling with possible advancements. Looking forward to many more visits!
